Founder of VisionRelic. Two decades operating at the intersection of enterprise delivery, regulated technology, and now AI governance. The practice exists because most AI programmes fail on the same dimension: weak ownership, weak controls, weak delivery discipline.
Background
Senior delivery leader with a track record of running complex, cross border programmes for B2B organisations in financial services, professional services, and enterprise SaaS. Built and led distributed teams across EMEA and the US, with native delivery in English, German, and Arabic.
Today the focus is AI governance done as engineering, not paperwork. ISO/IEC 42001 implementation, EU AI Act readiness, and fractional leadership for teams shipping AI into production.
