Cookie policy

Last updated: May 2026

Under the ePrivacy Directive (and the UK PECR), non-essential cookies may only be set with your prior consent. We respect that requirement on every visit.

1. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use comparable technologies such as the browser's local storage to remember your consent preferences. References to "cookies" below cover both.

2. The categories we use

Strictly necessary. Required for the site to function — for example, recording your cookie preference, securing form submissions, and serving pages over a stable connection. These do not require consent and cannot be disabled through the banner.

Analytics. Aggregate, privacy-preserving measurement of traffic and interactions so we can improve content and structure. Loaded only after you give explicit consent.

Marketing. Used to measure campaign performance and tailor content. We do not currently set marketing cookies. The category is listed for transparency and would only be activated with your consent if introduced in the future.

3. Managing your preferences

You can change your cookie choices at any time. Your selection is stored in your browser's local storage and applies only to the browser you set it in.

4. Controlling cookies in your browser

You can also control or delete cookies directly in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working as expected. Most major browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" signal — we honour it as equivalent to declining analytics consent.

5. Updates

We may update this policy as our tooling changes. The current version always appears here with the date last updated.
